'Nexus 9' News Update, HTC had Made Another Modern Slick Device for 2014 know its Release Date and More
Nexus 9 is an upcoming tablet designed and developed by HTC, formerly known as High Tech Computer Corporation, which is a Taiwanese company founded in 1997.
The upcoming tablet is being developed alongside Google. It will be given the code name "Volantis."
"Volantis" is a successor to the Nexus 7 and 8, and may be the last of the Nexus tablet from Google, according to an online report. Google is said to be focusing instead on the Android Silver Program.
Online reports suggest that the Nexus 9 may be the first vehicle for Android's new mobile operating system called the "Android L."
Physically, the upcoming tablet will have an 8.9 inch screen size display with a 2048 x 1440 resolution, an 8 Mega pixel rear camera that offers Optical Image Stabilization technology, and a 3 MP front camera.
Stereo speakers are also included at the face of the tablet, rumors suggest.
It will be packed with an nVidia Logan Tegra K1 64 bit chip processor with a RAM capacity of 2 GB, along with a built in internal storage of either 16 GB or 32 GB. This adds might and power for the users.
Others also suggest that the tablet may be thinner than its predecessor, the Nexus 7.
The release date of HTC's Nexus 9 is still unconfirmed, but some expect its release to be around the end of this year. Some are hopeful that it would be released way earlier thant that.
