Insidious 3 Release Date and Other Latest News; Insidious Chapter 3 New Teaser Poster Release, Cast and Crew
Focus Features just released the first teaser photo for the much-awaited Insidious Chapter 3, which will supposedly let us know more about what is out there on The Further.
The latest teaser photo for the Insidious 3 goes for minimalism as it relies on use of wordplay instead of strong, scary images to creep people out. It talks briefly about a man who lives in the vents. The upcoming third chapter of the blockbuster horror film franchise will be about a family who has a teenage girl whose story, according to reports, is set before the supernatural occurrences in the Lambert family. Thus, technically, the anticipated part 3 is actually a prequel.
As also revealed, Insidious 3 will be directed by filmmaker Leigh Whannell. In the past, director James Wan had directed the first two movies. Wan was also the one behind the award-winning horror hit that came out last year, The Conjuring, which also shares its own fair share of jam-packed schedules and heavy workload due to the upcoming release of The Conjuring spinoff Annabelle and The Conjuring 2, set to come out next year. In addition to directing the film, Whannell also wrote the screenplay-being a co-creator of the series-and will also be acting in the movie. The Insidious 3 cast will include Dermot Mulroney, Stefanie Scott, Lin Shaye and Angus Sampson.
The Insidious 3 release date is scheduled to be on May 29, 2015.
