Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5: Soap Star Eileen Davidson Feuding With Kim Richards
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5 premiere may air by January next year according to Bustle. Sisters Kyle and Kim Richards, Lisa Vanderpump, Brandi Glanville, and Yolanda Foster will be returning back. Carlton Gebbia and Joyce Giraud, however, who joined the franchise during Season 4 won't be seen again for Season 5. In their place, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5 cast will have two newcomers and one returning Season 3 regular.
The Bravo series has tapped "Young and the Restless" and "Days of Our Lives" actress Eileen Davidson as a new Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5 cast member, says The Wrap. She will be joining former "Days of Our Lives" co-star Lisa Rinna who was earlier added to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reality TV show for its fifth season. Adrienne Maloof, who left the show in 2013 after three seasons, will also be returning for cameo appearances, according to US Weekly. She said, "I'm coming back, also, a bit wiser. I know what to expect now. There were some unfinished situations that I felt the need to kind of mend and come full circle."
Filming for the show is now in full swing, and as real housewife Kyle Richards told People, "We're right in the thick of it. I think it's going to be a very exciting season. There's some new people on the show that we already have existing relationships with... I think a lot of people are going to want to see what happens with old relationships, some are attempting to mend, some are mending and some, you know, I don't think will ever be mended."
Insiders have reportedly told Radar Online that newcomer Eileen Davidson has been openly mocking Kyle's sister Kim, a recovering alcoholic, during filming. Reportedly, the insiders said: "Whenever Kim and Eileen film together, there is always a lot of eye rolling on the part of the soap star. Eileen complains that Kim is a total airhead and doesn't understand why she is even on the show. In Eileen's opinion, Kim is a total bore, and just rides on her sister, Kyle's coattails."
Kim on the other hand doesn't seem to care about Eileen's beef with her. According to Radar Online, the insiders said, "She has been through it all and doesn't care what Eileen has to think or say about her. This is just a job for her and doesn't take it seriously at all." Just the other week, she figured in a physical fight with Brandi Glanville over some minor misunderstanding. Brandi apparently resented being called a "drunken loser" so she went after Kim with "fists blazing" during shooting and that "the entire incident was caught by the Bravo cameras" according to Dish Nation.
The 50-year-old Kim, who has been sober for close to two years now after a lifelong battle with drugs and alcohol, is apparently more concerned about going to Amsterdam, the next setting for the location shooting of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5. Said Radar Online's insider source: "Kim isn't thrilled about going. Being absolutely committed to her sobriety and going to a place that so many drugs are legal is bothersome for her."
