Daft Punk News: Pharrell Williams Released a Teaser Video as yet Another Collaboration with the French Duo
Pharrell Williams recently released a teaser video of him wearing a Park Ranger hat who stumbles upon two boulder-sized monoliths that are sculpted to resemble Daft Punk's famed helmets, suggesting that "the Robots" might be heavily involved in this video with a sci-fi vibe. It is a snippet of the upcoming music video for the Girl cut "Gust of Wind" featuring Daft Punk.
This will be the third time Pharrell Williams will collaborate with the french duo. We all remember, the megahit "Get Lucky", which won several awards including the Grammy's.
In an article published by Rolling Stones, it was said that Edgar Wright will be the director of the "Gust of Wind" track. One can remember that Edgar Wright was also the director behind the clips Hot Fuzz, Shaun of the Dead, and Scott Pilgrim Versus the World. Unfortunately, the premiere date has not yet been announced. The only thing that was revealed was that it was "coming soon."
Stay tuned for more news about Daft Punk's latest collaboration with Pharrell Williams.
