Hannibal Season 3 Release, Spoilers, Rumors and Updates: Season 3 to Start with Hannibal's Murderous Escapades in Europe with Dr Bedelia
When we last left off, Hannibal season 3 was going to start off with a time jump after the rather climactic season 2. For one, we did not know the fates of three crucial characters in the cast including FBI agent; Jack Crawford and Alana after the first two suffered life threatening knife injuries courtesy of Dr. Lecter and Alana was thrown out of a window. There are new spoilers available for the new season of the series which is slated to premiere in the late spring of next year. apparently, the new season will feature Hannibal, played by Mads Mikkelsen on the run in Europe with Dr Bedelia hunting his new victim. Through his twisted psyche, he is obviously hurt by the fact that Will never accepted to become his apprentice.
Mikkelsen revealed that Hannibal provides a one chance kind of thing for Will in the second installment where he was baiting Will into crossing over to the dark side "If he admitted it, in Hannibal's book you get one more chance. One more chance." He gave him a very direct chance and Will did not take it which breaks the mentor's heart. However, there is a part that is also scared because Will would prove quite an adversary and this is a not good for Dr. Lecter because he has always been one step ahead of the authorities and other killers at all times.
In the third season, Will and Hannibal are back to square one, with the difference that they are complete enemies. There are rumors that the first few episodes will not focus on Will, but Hannibal and his escapades with Dr. Bedelia overseas where they will pose as a couple but otherwise something quite darker. As the duo poses as husband and wife and stalk new victim, it is not long of course before someone suspects something murderous about the Doctor. The first episode which is titled Antipasto is set to premiere about eight months after the climax that happened in the second season.
