Nokia Lumia 735 and Sony Xperia Z3 Compact each of them possesses strong hardware configuration but runs on different operating system. Let's have close look at the details of the phones.
Nokia Lumia 735 has big screen display of 4.7-inch with 720 x1280-pixel resolution. The pixel density of the smartphone makes the display pretty sharp with 312 pixels pixels per inch. The display glass is protected with the usual Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The display type is latest AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with 16M colors. Xperia Z3 Compact might be an inch short of Nokia Lumia 735 but offers very compact features as the name says.
The display size of Xperia Z3 compact is 4.6-inches with 720 x 1280 pixels resolution. The pixel density is greater than the Lumia 735 with 319 pixels per inch. With the pixel density and X-Reality Engine HD movies seems much more real life scenario than a movie. The color balance of the phone is so good. The display type of the phone is IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with16M colors. For protection, it has shatterproof glass provision. Xperia Z3 Compact is IP68 certified which means the phone is dust proof and water resistant under 1 meter of water for 30 minutes.
Sony Xperia Z3 Compact clearly leads the hardware specification. The Nokia Lumia 735 has Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset with the Quad-Core 1.2GHz Cortex-A7 processor. The GPU is pretty moderate with adreno 305.On the other hand the mighty Xperia Z3 Compact is powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 Quad-core 2.5 GHz Krait 400 processor, which is far better than what the Lumia 735 offers. The GPU is also greater in Xperia Z3 Compact with adreno 330.
Lumia 735 stands nowhere near to Xperia Z3 Compact in terms of the camera specs. The Lumia 735 has 6.7MP primary camera sensor and 5MP of secondary camera sensor. Both the cameras are capable of recording 1080p video at 30 frames per second. The Xperia Z3 compact is boosted with 20.7MP rear facing camera and 2.2 MP secondary camera. Both the devices have strong battery backup and with moderate usage the battery lasts for almost 2 days.
