Many "Sex and the City" fans have been exchanging thoughts and opinions about whether or not there will be a third installment of the TV series turned film adaptation. All of them, of course, want to see a part 3 to their favorite show/movie. But is there really any truth to any of these "Sex and the City 3" rumors?

Apparently, there is hope for fans of the hit HBO TV series being able to see their favorite show adapted into its third movie title.

This is because of the fact that Sarah Jessica Parker uploaded and posted photos of herself via her social media account on Instagram and exchanged tweets with a co-star. Since then, "Sex and the City 3" rumors began flying left and right about the possibility of a third film.

The NYC Daily News reported that Sarah Jessica Parker has uploaded a picture on the popular social media site Instagram with the caption "It was take your @sjpcollection shoes to work day." This took place just a few days ago, last October 07, 2014. In the photo, she can be seen sitting on a stairs, stooping down, and holding one of the nine high-heeled shoes of different colors.

Express also cited that what has thrown fans of the show, into a frenzy, is the set of hashtags that Parker has used on the picture:

"longdayforCarrie #whewwwwthosesteps #runninginheels #taxi' What?!"

Aside from this Instagram post, Parker also had a very recent message exchange with Kristin Davis, her co-star, via Twitter. As Glamour Magazine has pointed out, their conversation on the social media site makes it apparent that there may really be just a part 3 movie to "Sex and the City."

Fans have long been waiting for this, as all three websites have cited, and it may just be in a few days before the truth about these "Sex and the City 3" rumors is revealed.
