'Hell's Kitchen Season 13' Episode 6 Recap: Contestants Herd Animals; Chef Ramsay Wants Protein-and-Starch Entrees
Even in its 13th season, the American reality show and cooking competition has never run out of ideas on how to make food preparation a hellish experience. If you miss "Hell's Kitchen Season 13 episode 6," this recap is a must read.
Gossip and Gab reported that Gordon Ramsay asked for a unique protein-and-starch entrée. The show's head chef Ramsay set the contest's difficulty up-a-notch with a herding challenge. Instead of having a ready to cook meat, the chef-aspirants were tasked to herd their own animals, which they get their 'protein', into their respective pens.
"Both teams have to split in partners to herd live animas into pens." Each pair will make a protein-and-starch entrée out of their chosen animals. Contestants can choose between lamb, goat and pig. The added catch was only one of the two dish that will be up for Ramsay's scrutiny.
The challenge may be hard, but a relaxing wine tour on Santa Barbara awaited the winners, who will be able to impress the judges. The losing team on the other hand will have to settle with stockbones for the next dinner service, according to Celebdirtylaundry.
"Hell's Kitchen Season 13" Episode 6's guest judges include Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo, well-known animal restaurant chef-owners. Meanwhile, the two teams may have been plagued by their own issues as no team was declared winner for the episode.
In fact, Ramsay kicked out a contestant during the dinner service, as Lehighvalleylive reported. Ashley Sherman, of Palmer Township, was ordered out after engaging in a trouble. The chef-contender has no choice but to wait until the dinner service was over.
Both boys and girls team have their own unsettled issues and these are translated into their service and dishes as no one won the challenge. Ramsay said "I'm actually worried, because I don't even think I've got a winner."
Ramsay then asked for two nominees from each team. The ladies team cannot settle for two nominees thus, adding up to Ramsay's anger. They eventually nominate Roe and Katie while the men nominated Sterling and Steve.
Katie was then eliminated.
"Hell's Kitchen Season 13" has a lot in store for its program so viewer should stay tune.
