'Avengers' and 'Ant-man' Teaser Released in NYCC; Marvel Fans Enjoyed Short Clips of Two Anticipated Comic-based Movies
New York's Comic Conference is surely an annual event to behold especially for those superhero fanatics. This is the event where big names of comic productions are dropping bombs about their latest movies, books and series.
And before the 2014 NYCC ended, Marvel has already provided the biggest trailer for the event. Last Sunday, Business Insider reported that the production-giant showed off a ton of footage for "Avengers: Age of Ultron" and released the first ever teaser trailer for its newest sci-fi comic-based film, the "Ant-man."
Marvel's newest superhero movie's teaser, Hank Pym "introduces himself to a tiny armored Scott Lang as 'Ant-Man' running through the streets." Pym then introduces Lang to a large fly that will take the Ant-Man to the place where he needs to go.
Fans, who are able to attend the Marvel Unlimited Plus members-only event and was able to watch the short-clip, liked the teaser instantly. Many even cannot wait to see the full-length movie that is set to premiere summer of next year.
Comic Book Resources said that the exclusive event was attended by a panel lead by Axel Alonso, tagged as first ever Axel-in-Charge. Alonso, Marvel's editor-in-chief was joined by big names in comic industry like James Robinson, Kieron Gillen, Gerry Duggan, Phil Noto, Nick Specncer, Ales Kot, Charles Soule and G. Willow Wilson.
After the "Ant-Man" teaser, the panel "was then introduced to a hilarious scene from 'Age of Ultron,'" Stitch Kingdom reported. While the panel is taking their breaks, Thor appeared and put the Mjolnir on the table. Stark then challenged Thor to lift the hammer and the superhero then proposed that if he will be able to lift the Mjolnir, he will rule the Asgard.
More Avengers then made a comic tableau as they attempt to lift the hammer using technology and Rhodes. The craziness has not stopped until Ultron "barges in and condemns the Avengers to death, calling them killers and hypocrites." This was how detailed the "Avenger Age of Ultron" premiere trailer was introduced.
The premiere trailer of "Avengers Age of Ultron" was an epic trailer set in 'a haunting version of "Got No Strings" from Disney's Pinnochio and it includes Vision and Hulk street fight. The massive duel ended 'with an incredibly spooky scene with Stark stumbling across a pool of dead bodies.
Marvel surely has a great line-up for comic-fanatics, so movie-buffs should better keep their eyes and ears open for new revelations from the superhero production.
