Ted 2 Will Have A Comic-Con Scene; Producers Now Still Casting for Ted 2 Movie Extras
Ted 2 which began shooting in July is set to have a scene at a major Comic Convention. The producers of the sequel to the hit Ted 2012 movie confirmed that they will be filming at a Comic-Con site after a request for extras in the Los Angeles area was released to the public. "That's right," says the ad, "You can be in the movie 'Ted 2' with all the stars and film fun you can handle!" Those who will sign up will receive along with their set pass, instructions on what to wear and where to go. Plus, they'll be given free food and drinks, free parking, and the chance to win at a raffle contest at the end of the location shooting. Ted 2 will be filming October 20 through 31 in Los Angeles, California, for scenes that will be shown in the movie as the New York Comic-Con.
Ted 2 is being directed by Seth MacFarlane from a screenplay he co-wrote with Alec Sulkin and Wellesley Wild. MacFarlane will also reprise his role as Ted. Others in the Ted 2 movie cast are Mark Wahlberg as Ted's best friend John Bennett, Amanda Seyfried, Morgan Freeman, Liam Neeson, Patrick Warburton, Giovanni Ribisi, Jessica Barth, Sam J. Jones, Dennis Haysbert, Richard Schiff, Michael Dorn, Curtis Stigers, John Slattery, William Xifaras, among others. Patrick Stewart will serve as the film's unseen narrator. It's been rumored that William Shatner will also be appearing in the film. Ted 2 is scheduled for release to theaters beginning June 26, 2015.
