'Resurrection Season 2' Episode 3: ‘Multiple’ Recap

'Resurrection Season 2' Episode 3: 'Multiple' Recap
On the third episode of "Resurrection's" second season, Bellamy (Omar Epps) makes Tom his confidante, telling him that he is one of those they call "the returned". A new parish is something that the local pastor is eyeing for; since he senses that this would be good for those who just come back to Arcadia.
Meanwhile, Margaret is very determined to hide the Langston family's connections to the old human bones that have mysteriously appeared in the river bank.
If you remember, it was on the previous episode that Sheriff Fred and Bellamy received reports that there was a person living in the old hunting shack of Caleb Richards. Both fear that he has returned. At this point, Bellamy also had a struggle if he was also one of the returned. Pastor Tom's wife Janine returned to their home with high hopes that her marriage could still be saved. However, Rachael has already been impregnated by Pastor Tom.
When Pastor Tom was doing a baptism, he and his followers found some human remains in the river that startled everyone present during the baptism rites. The reports of the incident revealed that the remains were that of nearly a dozen people. Maggie was asked by the Sheriff to have her hand on the case.
Fred and Maggie are still having relationship problems. There were other issues in the Langston's too, one of these is Margaret's suggestion that would require Jacob to go back to school. She thinks that Jacob should be with kids of his age and for him to one day go to college for a bachelor's degree. Jacob's parents are quite hesitant to send Jacob to school though. Margaret has been interfering and this has caused quite a stir into the household, especially to Maggie since she has been told to let Fred back into her life.
Meanwhile, the bodies that have showed up in the river have showed signs that they have been moved. This has probed in more mystery to the case as some of the bodies look quite similar to each other. Also, the bodies are really old, around more than half a century old. This might mean that Jacob is not the first of the returned. Who are the others? Let's find out in the next episodes.
