Tim Keller Has Another Mysterious Cancerous Lump

Retired pastor, author, and co-founder of the Gospel Coalition, Tim Keller has announced some updates about his fight against cancer. Earlier last year, Keller revealed that he has pancreatic cancer. After a surgery last May and a season of chemotherapy, Keller has been told that his doctors have found another cancerous lump.
He writes, "After surgery last May, I was granted a `chemo holiday' (missing one treatment) and was able to get out of town with my family for several weeks.
On August 23 I had a scan and the primary tumor has not progressed. However, a mystery lump underneath the May surgerical scar was removed and proved to be cancerous. Just to be safe, my doctor has increased my chemotherapy back to the level it was before, which has more side-effects, but we hope, more therapeutic effects.
Pancreatic cancer is able to learn how to evade medication, so it's only in God's power that we look to for God's healing."
Please continue to pray for Tim Keller. In the meantime, Keller has putting the finishing touch on a devotional guide to his book The Meaning of Marriage. Keller informs, "Just putting the finishing touches on this one. It comes out Nov. 5th with 365 daily devotionals. This takes many of the ideas in the Meaning of Marriage and breaks them into short reflections that help you work them into the life of your marriage."
