CeCe Winans Joins "Stand Up to Cancer’s Fundraising Special" in Nashville

Acclaimed gospel singer CeCe Winans will take the stage for Stand Up To Cancer's ninth biennial televised fundraising special, airing Friday, August 15, 2025, at 8 p.m. ET/PT. This year's event marks a special milestone as it is the first time the telecast will be filmed in Nashville, bringing together the city's rich musical heritage in support of cancer research.
The star-studded lineup features renowned artists across genres, including Jelly Roll, the Jonas Brothers, Dan + Shay, Noah Cyrus, Gavin DeGraw, Marcus King, Brothers Osborne, Jon Pardi, and the Nashville Community Gospel Choir. Hosted by Sheryl Crow, who will also perform, the event promises powerful performances alongside inspiring stories from cancer survivors and insights into the latest advancements in cancer treatment and early detection.
Katie Couric, co-founder of Stand Up To Cancer, will deliver remarks during the broadcast, underscoring the mission to raise critical funds to accelerate cancer research and save lives.
The special will be available on over 30 participating media platforms nationwide, including all four major broadcast networks, making it accessible to millions of viewers eager to support this vital cause.
