John Waller & WallerCo Sign with DREAM Records, Release New Single “Surprise Me”

DREAM Label Group is excited to welcome John Waller & WallerCo to its DREAM Records roster. Their brand-new single, "Surprise Me," is now available on all digital platforms. The track was co-written by John Waller, Miles Kruse, and Chandler Kruse ("The Kruse Brothers") and produced by Ryan Wilson.

John Waller shares the inspiration behind the song:

"'Surprise Me,' written with The Kruse Brothers, is a journey into the rawness of testimony-born from seasons of waiting, healing, and rediscovering God's faithfulness in the unseen. The surrender is very real in the lyrics. With a mix of country and adult contemporary ballad sounds, 'Surprise Me' captures the moments of giving it all to God."

Waller, former frontman of According To John, has devoted his life to ministry through music. Known for powerful anthems like "The Blessing" and "While I'm Waiting", as well as faith-filled albums such as As For Me And My House and Crazy Faith, Waller has inspired and encouraged believers with authenticity and conviction.

In 2018, Waller stepped back from touring to serve as a worship pastor, planting himself in local ministry while continuing to write and record music. After a seven-year season of growth and preparation, he returns in 2025 with a deeply personal and passionate new album: HOLY • BEAUTIFUL • WILDFIRE.

"I never dreamed I'd return full time to touring with my family," Waller shares. "Now my youngest three sons are old enough to join me on stage as my band. It's AMAZING for me as a dad."
